The whole ship, and everyone aboard is there for the same reason.

A lifestyle charter is not a group booking on a regular cruise. An operator charters the entire vessel, sets the programming and the rules, and every guest sails under them. We book these as your travel advisor. The fare, the terms and the cabin inventory are the operator's.

Read this before you go further

A lifestyle charter is a full-ship adult event. These are the operator's rules, not ours, and none of them bend.

Couples only, one man and one woman

Cabins on a lifestyle charter are sold to a couple made up of one man and one woman. A single guest may be added as a third in a cabin with one couple, on a very restricted basis. Two guests of the same gender cannot share a cabin. The operator can decline any booking that does not meet this.
21 and over at embarkation

Every guest must be 21 or older on the day the ship sails, with the passport or identification the manifest requires. No exceptions, and no one under 21 is aboard.
Clothing optional in designated areas

The pool deck and above, and designated private hospitality areas, are clothing optional. Nudity is not permitted in interior decks, hallways, elevators, restaurants, bars or clubs, beyond the specific venues the operator designates as topless.
Sexually explicit events are part of the programming

These sailings include adult entertainment, themed nights and workshops. No sexual activity is permitted in public areas, only in the designated private hospitality areas. Ship officers, crew and security have access to all public areas at all times.

Live availability and pricing sit on the operator's booking system, which is the only accurate record of what is unsold. We send you straight there rather than repeating a number here that may already be stale.

Travel by Trinidad LLC is the seller of travel on every full-ship charter cabin, and booking is handled on the operator's own reservation system. Ask us first and we are the agent of record, which costs you nothing extra and means one person handles your paperwork, payment dates and manifest details.

Things people find out too late.

None of this is unusual for a charter. All of it costs money or a boarding pass if you learn it at the pier.

Your legal name has to match your passport

The manifest closes about 96 business hours before sailing. A name that does not match the document you travel on is a denied boarding at the pier, with no refund, and we cannot fix it after the manifest closes.

One name on a booking can be changed, not both

Changing a single guest is allowed, with a fee inside six months of sailing or once the manifest is in. Changing both names is treated as a cancellation, not a change.

The fare buys the cabin

Shore excursions, drink packages, dining packages, gratuities, taxes and port charges sit outside the cabin fare. Promotions the cruise line runs on regular sailings do not carry over to a full-ship charter.

Cancelling is the operator's policy, not ours

Cancellations go to the operator in writing before the manifest closes. Transferring to a future sailing is sometimes allowed and carries a transfer fee. We will walk you through it, but we do not set the terms.

Take the travel protection

A full-ship charter is a firm commitment with real penalties, and a missed flight or a sick week is not a refundable event. Travel protection is offered at booking and it is the cheapest part of the trip.
